Anti-TREK1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting human TREK1, supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated antibody is validated for ELISA and Western Blotting (WB) and reacts with human samples. The lyophilised product is reconstituted with double distilled water to a reconstitution-dependent concentration, and is formulated from 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.4.

The antibody is generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 4-14 of human TREK-1, conjugated with KLH for immunisation (sequence SASRERPGYTA), and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. Storage instructions recommend shipping at 4°C, aliquoting upon delivery, and storing at -20°C while avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.

The TREK1 target, also known as KCNK2, is associated with several synonyms including outward rectifying potassium channel protein TREK-1, potassium channel subfamily K member 2, TREK, TREK-1 K(+) channel subunit, two pore domain potassium channel TREK-1, and two pore potassium channel TPKC1.
