Anti-Treacle (Q55) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Treacle (Q55) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 22-73 of Human Treacle; according to the manufacturer, it detects endogenous levels of Treacle protein.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of ~152 kDa.
