Anti-TRDMT1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets TRDMT1 (tRNA aspartic acid methyltransferase 1, also referred to as DNMT2), an RNA methyltransferase that catalyzes cytosine-38 methylation of tRNA-Asp. TRDMT1 has been investigated in studies of cellular stress response, differentiation pathways, and several cancer models.

The antibody is supplied as a 100 µl vial and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. Reactivity is confirmed against human and mouse samples, supporting cross-species work in tissue lysates and fixed specimen analysis.
