Anti-TRDMT1 Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit IgG reagent from Antibodies.com raised against TRDMT1, the tRNA-Asp methyltransferase historically known as DNMT2. TRDMT1 catalyzes methylation of cytosine-38 in tRNA-Asp and contributes to tRNA stability and the cellular response to oxidative and translational stress. The unconjugated antibody is supplied in a 200 µl vial and is validated for Western blot detection of endogenous TRDMT1 in human and mouse samples.
