TRAPPC5 (Trafficking Protein Particle Complex Subunit 5) is a core component of the multisubunit TRAPP complex that regulates vesicular transport between the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi apparatus. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com supports western blot detection of endogenous TRAPPC5 in lysates derived from human, mouse, and rat samples.
Each 100 µL vial is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3. The polyclonal host response yields antibodies against multiple epitopes on TRAPPC5, a trafficking subunit increasingly studied in the context of Golgi homeostasis, NF-κB signaling regulation, and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma.
The unconjugated format gives laboratories flexibility to apply their own HRP, fluorophore, or biotin detection chemistries, and the rabbit host species pairs readily with standard anti-rabbit secondary reagents in immunoblotting workflows.
