Anti-TRAPPC10 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a research-grade primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets TRAPPC10 (also known as TMEM1 / EHOC-1 / TRS130) and is supplied at the 50 µl pack size. The antibody was raised against a recombinant human TRAPPC10 immunogen and affinity-purified using that antigen, yielding an IgG preparation at 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) detection of endogenous TRAPPC10 levels across human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species expression studies. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon arrival; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided to preserve activity.
