Anti-TRAP220 (P697) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to TRAP220 (P697) from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 664–720 of human TRAP220. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. Reactivity is reported for Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The TRAP220 (P697) polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of TRAP220 protein, and the observed molecular weight is approximately 170 kDa.
