Anti-TRAP100 (K834) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the TRAP100 protein at the K834 epitope. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence staining (ICC/IF). The reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 801–850 of human TRAP100 and detects endogenous levels of TRAP100 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has an observed molecular weight of approximately 110 kDa.
