Anti-TRAP1 Antibody

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It was generated using a recombinant protein of human TRAP1 as immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography. According to the manufacturer, the antibody detects endogenous levels of total TRAP1. The product is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. TRAP1 is also referred to by synonyms including Heat shock protein 75 kDa (mitochondrial), HSP75, HSPC5 and TNFR-associated protein 1. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The reagent has been cited in at least one publication.
