Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets Transglutaminase 2 (TGM2) and is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The unconjugated antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific immunogen affinity chromatography and is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. Validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), it is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the human Transglutaminase 2 sequence and detects endogenous levels of total TGM2 protein in human samples.
