Primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against Transforming growth factor beta-2 (TGF-β2), a secreted cytokine in the TGF-β superfamily with central roles in fibrosis, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, and tumor microenvironment signaling. This polyclonal reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows and is reactive with human TGF-β2, making it suited to studies of cytokine expression in fibrotic disease models, oncology research, and developmental biology. The unconjugated format is supplied as 100 µg per vial, allowing flexible pairing with HRP-, biotin-, or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies depending on detection chemistry. For handling, aliquot upon receipt, store refrigerated, and limit freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody binding activity.
