Anti-TRAIL Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a research-grade reagent, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human TRAIL (TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand, also known as TNFSF10, CD253, APO2L, or Apo-2L). The reagent is offered at 50 µl with a concentration of 1 mg/mL and is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It is unconjugated and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, enabling selective detection of endogenous TRAIL protein in human samples. Validated uses include Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications, making it suitable for studies of apoptosis, immune regulation, and cancer biology. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
