Anti-TRAFD1 Antibody

The TRAFD1 polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is an unconjugated rabbit IgG reagent validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse specimens. TRAFD1 (TRAF-type zinc finger domain containing 1), also known in the literature as FLN29, functions as a feedback inhibitor of Toll-like receptor and TRAF6-mediated NF-κB signaling, making the antibody a useful reagent for studies of innate immune regulation, macrophage activation, and LPS-driven inflammatory responses. The product is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal serum aliquoted into a single vial and detects endogenous TRAFD1 in cell lysates and formalin-fixed tissue sections. For Western blot, resolve whole-cell lysates under standard reducing SDS-PAGE conditions; for IHC, citrate-based antigen retrieval is recommended on paraffin sections.
