Anti-TRAF7 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TRAF7, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. Produced in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, this unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 380–479 of human TRAF7 (NP_115647.2) and recognises the target in human, mouse, and rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The target band corresponds to a molecular weight of 67 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50–1:100 for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
