Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against TRAF6 and supplied in unconjugated form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 122-170 of human TRAF6, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of TRAF6 protein. Following affinity purification using the epitope-specific immunogen, purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The antibody recognises TRAF6 at an approximate molecular weight of 58 kDa. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.
