Anti-TRAF6 Antibody

Manufactured and distributed by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant human TRAF6 immunogen and is designed to recognize the endogenous pool of total TRAF6 (also annotated as RNF85, an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase and TNF receptor-associated factor 6). The unconjugated antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL vial, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and the IgG preparation is purified by immunogen-affinity chromatography. Validated applications include Western blotting and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with broader reported reactivity also extending to immunoprecipitation and immunohistochemistry on samples from human, mouse and rat origins. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Intended strictly for research use, the reagent provides a reliable tool for studies of NF-κB signaling, IL-1/TNF receptor pathways and ubiquitin ligase biology where TRAF6 plays a central regulatory role.
