Anti-TRAF6 Antibody

Polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against human TRAF6, a RING-domain E3 ubiquitin ligase and cytoplasmic adapter that channels signals from the TNF receptor superfamily, Toll-like receptors, IL-1 receptor, and RANK into NF-κB and MAPK cascades through K63-linked polyubiquitination of substrates such as TAK1 and the IRAK kinase complex. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 100 µl and is validated for Western blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunoprecipitation, with reactivity confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples.
