Anti-TRAF4 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against TRAF4. The unconjugated IgG reagent has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. The target protein runs at approximately 54 kDa. The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 251-470 of human TRAF4. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500 to 1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50 to 1:200 for both immunohistochemistry and ICC/IF. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
