TRAF3IP2 (also known as ACT1 and CIKS) is an adaptor protein that couples IL-17 receptor engagement to downstream NF-κB and MAPK activation in immune and epithelial cells. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com binds endogenous TRAF3IP2 in human and mouse samples and is supplied as a 100 µl vial at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody supports detection of TRAF3IP2 in cell lysates and tissue sections in inflammation and autoimmune signaling research workflows. The polyclonal format offers flexibility for downstream HRP, biotin, or fluorophore labeling, and the rabbit host is well suited for use on both fixed and frozen specimens. For handling, store at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, keep refrigerated for short-term use, and protect from light because of the glycerol carrier. Cross-reactivity has not been established outside the tested human and mouse reactivity panel.
