Anti-TRADD (L282) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the TRADD protein at epitope L282. The unconjugated reagent is suitable for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples [C0][S1].

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 250–304 of human TRADD, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of TRADD protein [S1].

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
