Anti-TRADD Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against tumor necrosis factor receptor type 1-associated DEATH domain (TRADD) protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The antibody is provided as a 50 µl aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, supplemented with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. Host species is Rabbit, clonality is Polyclonal with an IgG isotype, and the reagent is supplied unconjugated, allowing downstream flexibility with custom fluorophore or enzyme labelling. Reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, and the antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total TRADD, including the adaptor protein implicated in TNF-R1 signalling, apoptosis, and NF-κB activation. The immunogen corresponds to a synthesized peptide derived from an internal region of human TRADD. For routine IHC applications, working dilutions in the range of 1:50–1:200 are recommended, and for Western blotting, typical dilution ranges of 1:500–1:2,000 are suggested, with optimization according to sample and detection system. The product is shipped on cold packs at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody integrity and performance.
