Anti-TRADD Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against TRADD (TNFRSF1A-associated via death domain, also called TNFR1-associated DEATH domain protein), a key adaptor in TNF receptor1 signaling. It is supplied as 50 µl of affinity-purified antiserum formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a final protein concentration of 1.0 mg/mL of Rabbit IgG. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human TRADD, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of the total TRADD protein in human samples. Validated applications on the supplier datasheet are Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC); reactivity is limited to Human, and the antibody is presented unconjugated with no fluorophore or enzyme label. The product ships on cold packs at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
