Anti-TRA2B Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targets TRA2B (also known as SFRS10) and is available from Antibodies.com. Generated against a synthetic peptide of human TRA2B, the reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid preparation. Reactivity has been demonstrated with human, mouse, and rat samples, and the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 38 kDa. For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
