Anti-TPT1 Antibody

The antibody is generated by immunizing rabbits with recombinant human TPT1 protein and is subsequently purified by affinity chromatography on the immunogen, yielding an unconjugated IgG preparation supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. Each vial contains 50 µL of antibody formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, supplemented with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as a microbial preservative, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The reagent demonstrates cross-reactivity with human and mouse samples and recognises a 23 kDa member of the TCTP family that is also known as fortilin, histamine-releasing factor (HRF), or p23.
