Anti-TPT1 Antibody

Antibodies.com supplies a rabbit polyclonal antibody to the TPT1 target (also referred to as TCTP), unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, validated for Western blot (WB) applications.

The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–172 of human TCTP/TPT1 (NP_003286.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 22 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, following affinity purification. Reactivity has been confirmed in Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the manufacturer recommends a WB dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. One scientific validation image is provided. The product is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
