Tryptase gamma 1 (TPSG1) is a serine protease expressed in mast cell granules and connected to protease-activated receptor signaling. Produced in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, the antibody is supplied as 100 µl of an unconjugated preparation at 1 mg/ml in PBS buffer with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% glycerol. It is provided by Antibodies.com for Western Blot detection of TPSG1 in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, supporting comparative studies of mast cell protease biology across model organisms.
For short-term handling, store refrigerated at 4°C; for long-term storage, freeze the vial at -20°C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles. The reagent is intended for research use only investigations of tryptase family expression, mast cell activation profiles, and related immunological pathways.
