Anti-TPPP3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to TPPP3, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated, lot-specific liquid reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:1,000.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–176 of human TPPP3 (NP_057224.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 19 kDa. Following affinity purification, the antibody is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
