Anti-TPPP Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against human TPPP (also referred to as p25). The unconjugated IgG antibody is generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–219 of human TPPP/p25 (NP_008961.1) and is validated for Western blotting with a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 24 kDa. Storage instructions specify shipment at 4°C, followed by aliquoting and storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
