Anti-TPP2 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab202138)

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TPP2 (Tripeptidyl peptidase II/TPPII), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is produced in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human TPP2 (NP_003282.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 138 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
