Anti-TPP2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent provides specific detection of endogenous tripeptidyl-peptidase 2 (TPP2) and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody was raised against a recombinant human TPP2 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography on the immunogen, ensuring high specificity for total TPP2 across human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended applications include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), making it well suited for studies of proteolytic processing in cell and tissue lysates. As an unconjugated polyclonal, it offers flexibility for downstream labelling with HRP, fluorophore or biotin of the researcher's choice.
