Anti-TPP2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against human tripeptidyl peptidase 2 (TPP2), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated, affinity-purified preparation in a 100 µl vial. TPP2 is a large cytosolic serine peptidase best known for its role in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, trimming tripeptides from the N-terminus of polypeptides released by the proteasome, and it has been linked to cell proliferation, MHC class I peptide presentation, and survival following DNA damage. This reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and it cross-reacts with mouse and rat orthologs in addition to human TPP2, enabling comparative work across these three species. The antibody is provided lyophilized or in stable liquid format with routine storage at -20 °C and should be aliquoted on first use to limit freeze-thaw cycles; it is intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
