Description
Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal preparation is raised against TPMT. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human TPMT, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of TPMT protein. It is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at ~ 28 kDa.
