Tropomyosin 4 (TPM4) is an actin-binding protein central to cytoskeletal regulation, cell motility, and contractile function. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets TPM4 and has been validated for Western blot analysis of mouse and rat samples. Supplied as 100 µl of liquid reagent, it supports detection in studies of smooth muscle contraction, cancer cell migration, and cytoskeletal remodeling pathways. Aliquot upon arrival and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity. The polyclonal IgG composition enables recognition of multiple epitopes on TPM4, providing consistent signal in tissue lysates and primary cell extracts. Investigators working on esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, where altered TPM4 expression has been linked to proliferation markers, as well as those studying cardiovascular smooth muscle differentiation, will find this reagent informative. The IgG isotype pairs cleanly with standard HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies. For research use only.
