TPI1 (Triosephosphate Isomerase 1) is a cytosolic glycolytic enzyme that catalyzes the reversible interconversion of dihydroxyacetone phosphate and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised against the human TPI1 protein and is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows.
Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody suitable for detecting endogenous TPI1 in human cells and tissue sections. The polyclonal format yields epitope diversity, supporting reliable recognition in denaturing and mildly fixed sample preparations.
Typical uses include studies of glycolytic metabolism, characterization of TPI deficiency and associated hemolytic anemia, and probing metabolic phenotypes in cancer and other disease models.
