Anti-TPH2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TPH2, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is produced in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is unconjugated. It is validated for Western blotting and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–100 of human TPH2 (NP_775489.2), and the target resolves at approximately 56 kDa / 52 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Shipping is at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended dilution range for Western blotting is 1:500–1:1,000, and two scientific validation images are available.
