Anti-TPH1 (V256) Antibody

The unconjugated reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 220–270 of human TPH1 and detects endogenous levels of TPH1 protein.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 51 kDa, and the preparation shows a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
