Anti-TPH1 (K54) Antibody

The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 20-70 of Human TPH1 and detects endogenous levels of TPH1 protein. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 51 kDa.
