Anti-TPH1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Tryptophan Hydroxylase (TPH1). The IgG antibody is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been validated for Western blot applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 345-444 of human TPH1 (NP_004170.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 47 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
