Anti-TPD52 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes TPD52 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) using human, mouse and rat samples. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and produced in rabbit.

Recommended dilutions are 1:1,000–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The target has a reported molecular weight of 26 kDa. The reagent is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–184 of human TPD52 (NP_005070.1). The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
