Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets tPA and is supplied in unconjugated form. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The isotype is IgG.
The immunogen used to raise the antibody is recombinant full length human tPA, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of tPA protein. The protein target has a molecular weight of approximately 65 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
