Anti-TP73 (phospho Y99) Antibody

The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Y99 of human TP73, and the reagent has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 80 kDa. Recommended WB dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
