Anti-TP63 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated. The antibody recognises the TP63 (p63) target and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is recommended for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), with WB and IHC specifically validated by the manufacturer. The immunogen used was a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human p63 (NCBI accession NP_001108452.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 75 kDa. The product is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reported as lot-specific.
