TP53INP1 (Tumor Protein P53 Inducible Nuclear Protein 1) is a stress-induced transcriptional cofactor of p53 that drives apoptosis, modulates cell cycle arrest, and regulates autophagic flux under oxidative and genotoxic stress. The unconjugated rabbit polyclonal preparation from Antibodies.com binds human TP53INP1 and is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry applications, supplied as 100 µl of antiserum per vial.
Raised in rabbit and reactive against the human target, this reagent supports immunoblotting of TP53INP1 expression changes after DNA damage and IHC localization studies in fixed tissue sections, where the protein's nucleocytoplasmic redistribution is a recognized indicator of p53 pathway activation. Researchers investigating tumor suppressor biology, stress signaling, and autophagy use it to probe endogenous TP53INP1 levels in cell culture and tissue samples.
