TP53INP1, also known as Tumor Protein 53-Inducible Nuclear Protein 1, is a p53-responsive nuclear protein implicated in tumor suppression and stress-responsive signaling. The polyclonal rabbit IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets TP53INP1α and TP53INP1β isoforms, supporting western blot detection of stress-inducible expression across human, mouse, and rat samples. Supplied as 100 µl in a single-use vial of unconjugated reagent, this primary antibody is intended for WB immunoblotting of whole-cell lysates and primary tissue preparations relevant to oxidative stress, autophagy regulation, and apoptosis research. Each lot provides recognition of multiple epitopes, improving signal consistency in cancer biology, genotoxicity, and p53-pathway investigations. The IgG isotype works with standard anti-rabbit secondary reagents, while the unconjugated format supports flexible HRP, biotin, or fluorophore labeling. For storage, refrigerate at 4 °C for short-term use and aliquot before freezing at -20 °C for long-term storage; limit freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity.
