Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets TP53I3 (Tumor Protein p53-Inducible Protein 3), a NADPH-dependent quinone oxidoreductase that participates in the cellular response to oxidative stress and is transcriptionally activated by p53 during DNA damage-induced apoptosis signaling. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a 50 µl vial and is validated for Western blot detection of endogenous TP53I3 expression in human, mouse, and rat sample lysates.

Researchers studying tumor suppressor pathways, redox biology, and genotoxic stress responses use this antibody to monitor TP53I3 induction following treatment with DNA-damaging agents. The polyclonal format presents multiple epitopes across the target, which is useful when probing for full-length protein expression changes in whole-cell or nuclear extracts. For best results, aliquot the antibody upon first thaw to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles and store at -20°C in working volumes.

A suggested starting dilution for Western blot is generally in the 1:500 to 1:1000 range with standard HRP-conjugated secondary detection, though optimal conditions should be determined empirically for each lysate preparation. This research use only reagent is supplied for laboratory applications and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
