TP53I3, also known as PIG3 (p53-induced gene 3 protein), is a flavoenzyme NADPH:quinone oxidoreductase that is transcriptionally activated by tumor suppressor p53 through a downstream pentanucleotide microsatellite in its promoter. The resulting protein contributes to cellular handling of reactive oxygen species and is implicated in p53-mediated apoptosis signaling following DNA damage, making it a relevant readout in cancer biology, genotoxicity studies, and oxidative-stress research. The Anti-TP53I3 Antibody offered by Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against this target, supplied as 100 µL of unconjugated IgG liquid in a single vial, and validated for Western Blot detection across human, mouse, and rat samples.

The unconjugated IgG format is compatible with standard Western Blot workflows using HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies and chemiluminescent or ECL substrate detection, allowing the polyclonal reagent to recognize multiple epitopes on TP53I3, which is useful when probing potential isoforms or post-translational variants of the target. Typical sample preparation from whole-cell lysates or tissue homogenates is supported, and the cross-species reactivity profile (Human, Mouse, Rat) makes the antibody suitable for comparative work in cell-line models and rodent tissue, including studies of p53 downstream effectors, ROS metabolism, and stress-induced cell death pathways.

For long-term stability, the antibody should be stored at -20 °C, aliquoted into working volumes to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and protected from light. This product is intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
