Anti-TP53BP2 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as part of its Primary Antibodies range, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against TP53BP2 and is reactive with human samples. It has been validated for western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is recombinant full-length human TP53BP2, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of total TP53BP2 protein. Reported molecular weights for the target are approximately 126 kDa and 170 kDa. The antibody is of the IgG isotype.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
