Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TP53BP2 (also referred to as 53BP2/ASPP2/BBP). This unconjugated IgG antibody has been validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.
The product is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 360-600 of human TP53BP2 (NP_001026855.2). For IHC applications, a recommended dilution range of 1:50-1:200 is provided.
Storage guidance includes shipping at 4°C with aliquoting and storage at -20°C upon delivery, and avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The concentration is lot specific.
