Anti-TP53AIP1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent that targets TP53AIP1, also known as p53 AIP1. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and has been shown to react with mouse and rat samples. The antibody is supplied in unconjugated form with an IgG isotype, and is provided as a liquid preparation with a lot-specific concentration.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–108 of human TP53AIP1 (NP_001238893.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 13 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. For Western blot, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is advised.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with avoidance of repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
