Anti-TP53 (phospho S315) Antibody

It is supplied as an unconjugated liquid of IgG isotype, with affinity purification, and is validated for Western blot (WB) application. According to the manufacturer data sheet, the antibody reacts with human and rat samples, with a recommended WB dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide centred on the S315 residue of human p53 (accession NP_000537.3), with the reported peptide sequence SSSPQ. The target protein has a stated molecular weight of approximately 54 kDa. The formulation buffer is phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and the concentration is lot specific. For storage the reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
